Short video platform TikTok is getting a feature that users are eagerly waiting for. In the latest statement from the Chinese company, the TikTok Avatar feature has been approved. Now you can create your own avatar and send it to your friends or take a video.
How to create Avatar on TikTok?
The avatar feature, which was also offered on Instagram a while ago, continues to expand to different platforms. Similar to Apple’s Memoji feature, the new TikTok update will allow users to create virtual characters in the social media app.
The new feature to the short video app can be found by searching for ‘Avatar’ in the effects section of the app. You can get help from the smartphone’s camera to create an avatar on TikTok. In the application, which will scan your face from the camera, it is also possible to make various adjustments from hair color to skin tone.
You can share the avatar you created on TikTok as a sticker, send it to your friends or save a video and upload it to your profile. The Chinese company said that the new feature is being rolled out globally. So you can create your avatar right away by updating the application.
