Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will be released in May of 2022
The Qualcomm company started its work even though it wasn’t long after the introduction of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. According to some claims, the company will not wait for 1 year for the processor, which is likely to come out as Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 +, albeit very slightly. The processor, which is expected to come out with the name Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, will be released with the launch in May next year.

It is reported that the number of chips produced by TSMC, the world’s largest independent semiconductor manufacturer, will exceed the amount that Qualcomm would like.
The Qualcomm company aims to rank the processors that it has released in a certain order, now in the form of the Snapdragon 8 Gen series. Don McGuire, Senior Vice President and Marketing Manager of Qualcomm, one of the biggest shareholders of this change, stated that the biggest reason for the change was that they had exhausted the numbers.
