In fact, the Stories feature is available globally in Telegram. However, this feature was only available for paid Premium subscribers. The company made this feature available to all users for its 10th anniversary.
Regarding the issue, a statement came from the company. “Today Telegram celebrates its 10th birthday with our biggest update yet. Over the past decade we’ve developed hundreds of new features that are now used by more than 800 million people. In this update, we’re launching Stories with a unique dual camera mode, detailed privacy settings, stretch duration options and much more. (…)”
Thanks to the privacy controls, it is possible to hide your posts from people you do not want to see your Telegram Stories. However, Premium users can choose between 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours of visibility between new stories.
Premium users also have more different features. One of them is that Premium users’ posts are viewed before. Thus, these subscribers appear more. In addition, paid subscribers can view others’ stories in incognito mode.
