Barbie Overtakes Super Mario to Become the Most Successful Movie of 2023 at the Box Office!

Barbie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, was released on July 21. The production, which brought the well-known Barbie dolls to the big screen, had a great box office success all over the world. So much so that it surpassed The Dark Knight a few weeks ago and became Warner Bros.’s most successful film.

Barbie’s success came after an enormous advertising campaign. Warner Bros. spent $150 million to market Barbie. The movie’s own budget was $145 million.
