Apple has stopped providing technical assistance to its users via direct message on X.As of October 1, people who sent direct messages to Apple’s official X account (@AppleSupport) began receiving an automatic response with a link to the support page on the company’s website and the Apple Support app.
It seems that users who ask for help by mentioning the Apple support account cannot receive help other than automatic messages.Apple will continue to share helpful tips, tricks, and information on its Support channel on YouTube. It seems that comments on videos uploaded to the channel on this platform are answered by people in the support team, but this may change soon.
