AMD , which is preparing to launch new generation RDNA 3 graphics cards and Zen 4 processors in the coming months, may surprise users about the release date. A new leak has emerged showing that the next generation processors, which are expected to be available to users in late September, may arrive earlier than expected.
June 15th marked for Ryzen 7000 processors
According to what Videocardz reported, AMD, which held a presentation about Ryzen 7000 processors in China, possibly with local retailers and distributors, showed the release date of the new processors as September 15 in one of its presentation slides.
As it is known, the company, which launched its Zen 3 architecture processors in November 2020, about a month before RDNA 2 graphics cards , can follow a very similar scheme in the new generation Ryzen series.
However, although AMD remains silent about the release date of the next generation hardware, it seems that it will release Zen 3 at the same time as Intel’s 13th Gen Raptor Lake-S processors. The new Ryzen desktop series, which will come with a new socket called LGA1178 or AM5, will offer users DDR5 and PCIe Gen5 support.
