The experts decided to train 40 dogs to understand why dogs lower their heads and listen to people. The researchers, who decided to do this training on toys, tried to tell all the dogs about certain toys with their names. The theory was that the dog, which started to recognize the toy, would tilt its head more when it heard the name of the toy, which was as expected.
Despite the research, no definite conclusion could be reached.
Unfortunately, the research was not as successful as expected. Because most of the dogs that were trained could not learn the toys and the names of the toys. But the participants, who managed to recognize the toys, confirmed the theories of the experts. Dogs who successfully completed the training started to bow their heads more when they heard the name of the toys.
