According to SteamDB data, 253,997 people played Team Fortress 2 simultaneously on July 13. This shows that it has reached the highest number of players ever.

The iconic FPS game developed by Valve currently has more than 140 thousand simultaneous players. It has also been played by more than 175,000 Steam users in the last 24 hours. Considering that Apex Legends is currently played by close to 300,000 people, these numbers seem quite impressive for a 16-year-old game.

This increase in the number of players in Team Fortress 2 was experienced with the summer event prepared by Valve. Limited time event; It brings lots of new content, including new maps, effects, war paints and character animations.

An announcement by TF2’s development team revealed that content shared by players on the Steam Workshop is also included in this update. This situation caused more players to be curious about TF2.
