Realme is now preparing to launch the GT 5 series in China. GT 5 and GT 5 Pro, which are expected to be global variants of the Realme Neo 6 series, are expected to be launched in global markets soon. The new advertising poster shared by the company on its Twitter account confirms that the global variant of Realme GT 5 Pro will be equipped with a periscope lens. Additionally, the device is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC chipset.
The Chinese version of the device, which is expected to be equipped with an OLED panel with 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and PWM DC dimming, is expected to have 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB internal storage. If we talk about the camera setup of the device, it is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a primary Sony IMX 9xx series sensor, 64 MP OV64B periscope sensor with 3X optical zoom and a 13 MP ultra wide-angle lens.The device, which will have an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, will come out of the box with Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. Finally, Realme GT 5 Pro is expected to be equipped with a 5400mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support and 50W wireless charging technology.
