The new integration allows TikTok users to easily add the songs they like to their Spotify libraries without leaving the application. The feature will be used with the “Add to music application” button added to the music in the videos on TikTok. When they click here, users will be able to add that music to the “Liked Songs” section on Spotify.
As we said at the beginning, not only Spotify but also other music applications such as Apple Music and Amazon Music will be integrated. When you press the button, the music applications will appear sequentially and you can choose the application you want from there. However, you can also set the application you are using as the “default music application” via TikTok. This will allow the feature to be added directly to the music service you use without needing to make any selection.
Spotify integration is available to regular and Premium users in the US and UK for now. The company says it will come to other countries in the future.
