According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy S23 128GB model will use UFS 3.1 storage, just like the Galaxy S22 series. Since the base model of Galaxy S23 Plus and S23 Ultra starts with 256GB storage, along with these models Galaxy S23 256GB will come with UFS 4.0 storage.

According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy S23 128GB model will use UFS 3.1 storage, just like the Galaxy S22 series. Since the base model of Galaxy S23 Plus and S23 Ultra starts with 256GB storage, Galaxy S23 256GB will come with UFS 4.0 storage along with these models.

UFS 3.1 storage has sequential read speeds of up to 2100 Mbps and sequential write speeds of up to 1200 Mbps. If UFS 4.0 storage is max. It can reach 4200 Mbps read and 2800 Mbps write speeds.
