Samsung has not made an official statement on the subject and has not yet acknowledged the problem. However, there is a workaround that users have found; Resetting the S-Pen. Another solution is to turn on the “Keep S Pen connected” option, which is disabled by default, to conserve battery life when the S Pen is not used for long periods of time.
