Attorney Deaton, who plays an active role in Ripple and SEC processes, announced his portfolio in a post on Twitter. Known as Ripple’s lawyer, Deaton has invested more in BTC than in XRP. In addition, Deaton demanded that his holding of more BTC be ignored and Ripple investors forgive him.

Ripple lawyer John Deaton announced in a post on Twitter that there are more BTC investments than XRP investments. Deaton asked the Ripple community to forgive him for his statement. Many crypto investors have criticized Deaton to hold more BTC.
Also, Deaton said that the XRP community is brighter and more knowledgeable among all crypto communities. The attorney stated that the most passionate crypto community in the crypto industry belongs to Ripple.
Deaton’s two statements were perceived by the crypto community as softening the atmosphere. It was noteworthy that Deaton was holding more BTC, despite sharing in favor of Ripple.
On the other hand, Deaton claimed that Ripple could pay a fee of close to $250,000 for the review of summary decision documents. Ripple had gained many advantages in the SEC lawsuit.
