As expected, with the new tire advantage, Verstappen beat Hamilton on the final lap to win the world title. Latifi, who made the biggest surprise of the day, was talked about for the first time in Formula 1.
While the internet was talking about Latifi’s championship change, a statement came from Red Bull team principal Christian Horner. Horner said of Latifi, “Latifi will definitely get enough Red Bulls to last a lifetime! Like Vitaly Petrov in 2010. ” he said.
