Amazon has finally released the long-awaited New World game on September 28. The game, which has been in great demand in a short time, has been struggling with server problems from the first day. Amazon, on the other hand, introduced a new ban for New Wolrd in order to reduce these problems to some extent. The tech giant has previously banned ex-CEO of the company, Jeff Bezos, and similar names.
New character ban for New World server issue
Amazon has attracted the attention of the whole world in a short time with its new MMORPG game. Amazon, on the other hand, was unprepared for this situation as it did not expect so much attention from the first day. Problems such as server problems and damage to video cards in the game caused this interest to decrease. At the moment, although the players do not wait as much as before, New World continues to annoy with the server problem. Amazon, on the other hand, imposed a short-term ban on opening new characters on New World servers in order to reduce this problem.
In this way, Amazon is trying to prevent the influx of new players to the New World servers. New World was released on September 28 after delays. More than 700 thousand players tried to enter the game servers in the first 24 hours. The servers, which could not handle this load, started to keep the players waiting for a long time. Accordingly, some players encountered record-breaking wait times of 200 hours on the servers.

Amazon has not actually banned new characters for all New World servers. Currently, it is possible to create new characters on servers with fewer users. The servers that have a large number of users and put them on hold do not allow to open new characters for the time being. This ban has been implemented on 30 servers that are currently overcrowded. Meanwhile, Amazon also promised to bring the character transfer feature soon.
Although New World is quite exciting, it has recently come to the fore with a problem such as corrupting high-end graphics cards. However, it was later claimed that this problem was caused by incorrectly manufactured models. The fact that the problem is not widespread also confirms this thesis.
