With an announcement made in July, Microsoft announced that it would replace the long-running Xbox Live Gold service with a new Xbox Game Pass Core subscription option. And now the company has announced the full list of 36 games that will be available to Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers starting on Thursday, September 14 in the US for a price of $9.99 per month.
Microsoft released the list, which includes the following games, in a post on the Xbox Wire site:

Microsoft says this list will be updated two or three times a year. Similar to other Xbox Game Pass plans, we can expect some games from this initial list to be removed and others to be added. All existing Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be automatically moved to Xbox Game Pass Core starting today.
Like Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers will also be able to access online multiplayer features on Xbox One and Xbox Series S – X consoles, as well as take advantage of special deals on Xbox games. The Games with Gold feature, which allows users to receive free games every month, is replaced by this library of 36 games.
Microsoft had previously stated that any Xbox One games requested by Games with Gold members may remain on their account if they continue paying $9.99 per month for Xbox Game Pass Core or upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $16.99 per month. . All free Xbox 360 games requested by Games with Gold members will remain in their libraries under all conditions.
