The owners of these vehicles were asked to go to the nearest Mercedes dealership and have the problem repaired.

According to the statements, about 240 thousand of the more than 800 thousand vehicles called are in Germany. Mercedes also emphasized that there may be disruptions in spare parts processes due to COVID-19, and stated that it expects understanding from its customers in this regard.
