Coinbase lists altcoin Jito
The exchange will mark a very important development in the crypto space by listing Jito (JTO) tokens for trading on December 7. The start of trading is scheduled for 19:00 UTC, subject to liquidity conditions being met. Jito, a Solana-based liquid staking platform associated with SOL, is garnering attention in the crypto world. Jito, which recently raised $10 million in Series A funding from leading backers including Multicoin Capital, Framework Ventures, and Delphi Digital, is positioned for significant growth.
Trading will begin on or after 11AM ET on 7 December 2023, if liquidity conditions are met. Once sufficient supply of this asset is established trading on our JTO-USD trading pairs will launch in phases. Support for JTO may be restricted in some supported jurisdictions.

In anticipation of the Coinbase listing, Jito Network made a groundbreaking announcement. There will be an impressive 10% airdrop of the total $100 million JTO token supply. This airdrop is designed to benefit JitoSOL point holders, Jito-Solana Validators, and MEV Seekers. The opportunity to claim these airdropped tokens will coincide with the start of trading on December 7 at 19:00 BST. However, trading will begin in the later hours, pending confirmation of sufficient liquidity. Once this requirement is met, trading in JTO-USD pairs will be gradually launched.
Jito plays an important role in the Solana ecosystem
Jito Network has played a pivotal role in the Solana ecosystem, especially through the JitoSOL liquid staking pool and MEV suite of products.
