The US Department of Justice said on Thursday that Sam Bankman-Fried had abused a constitutional right to communicate with the press. Responding to the claims about the bail cancellation of Sam Bankman-Fried, the former CEO of FTX, the Justice Department made harsh statements.
“Abusing the right to speak to the press”
Stating that Sam Bankman Fried abused his constitutional right to speak to the press, the Ministry of Justice stated that its next stance would be stricter. In addition, the Department of Justice stated that in the Southern District Court of New York, the SBF made derogatory remarks to a trial witness and used expressions intended to defame officials.
The last file belonging to the Ministry of Justice was shared after the request of the SBF lawyers to cancel the cereal.
