Technology companies affiliated with China postponed their product launches due to the death of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin. One of these companies, iQOO, launched the new iQOO 11 series in the Chinese market today. So what are the features of the iQOO 11 series? Here are the details…
Technical specifications of the iQOO 11 series
The iQOO 11 series consists of two separate phones, the iQOO 11 and 11 Pro. Both devices use the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. In addition, the devices house a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED panel with a 144hz refresh rate and 2K resolution on the screen.
A point where the two devices differ is that the screen of the 11 model is flat, while the screen of the 11 Pro is curved. The devices also have 1440hz PWM dimming (adjusting screen brightness) and HDR10+ certification.
Both devices offer virtual RAM expansion up to 8GB, while include quad-channel LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. In addition, devices with the V2 Image Signal Processor (ISP) produced by Vivo provide better performance in portraits and low-light videos. Although we see a triple camera design on the back of both phones, the built-in sensors are different from each other.
The iQOO 11 Pro 5G features a 50MP Sony IMX866 primary camera sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 150-degree fisheye lens, and a 13MP portrait-telephoto camera. For the iQOO 11, this is in the form of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 13MP telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom. In addition, the main camera sensors of both phones feature optical image stabilization (OIS). The front camera on both devices is 16MP.
The regular version of the new device is offered with a 5000 mAh battery and 120 W fast charging, while the iQOO 11 Pro is powered by a 4700 mAh battery. Also, the battery of the Pro model includes 200W fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging (charging another wireless charging device). Both phones use the Android 13 operating system.
Versions and prices of the series
iQOO 11 Pro goes on sale with three different storage and three different color options. Colors are Track Edition (Grey), Isle of Man Edition (Green) and Legend Edition (White). Prices and storages are as follows:
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage – around $715
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage – around $790
- 16GB RAM + 512GB storage – around $860
While iQOO 11 has the same color options, it has 5 different pricing in the storage part.
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage – $550
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage – $590
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage – $630
- 16GB RAM + 256GB storage – $675
- 16GB RAM + 512GB storage – $715
