Technology giant Apple, after the RC version, has now finally released the iOS 15.5 update. This update includes both innovations and fixes for bugs. However, since the update came before the Apple WWDC event, it does not contain much innovation. The technology giant has also released iPadOS 15.55 for tablets, watchOS 8.6 for smart watches and tvOS 15.5 for televisions.
What’s in the iOS 15.5 update?
Some innovations included in the iOS 15.5 update offered by Apple for iPhone smartphones may not be available in all regions or on all devices. In this update, the company introduced innovations for the Apple Cash card in the wallet application and innovations that classify the storage of Podcast users.
Apple iOS 15.5 update includes the following:
- Apple Podcasts includes a setting to limit episodes stored on iPhone and automatically delete old ones.
- Wallet now allows Apple Cash customers to send and request money from their Apple Cash card.
- Fixes an issue that causes home automations to run when people arrive or leave.
