Back when EA Sports FC was called FIFA and eFootball was called PES, Konami made a surprising decision and made its own football game a free game that could be played online. With the new update, My League mode will be added to the game and there will be improvements in Co-op Event Room features.
In the new My League mode, players will be placed in leagues of their choice from around the world. In these leagues, users will compete against other clubs controlled by artificial intelligence throughout a season. In addition, players will now have access to new features in the Co-op mode, where they can play games on their own, match with others in match rooms, or make new friends in 3v3 matches. There will also be mini games on the opening screen of the game that will help us pass the time.
KONAMI also announced the new format of the eFootball Championship tournaments. We will see two events in 2024. One of them will be eFootball Championship Open and there will be no change in this mode. The eFootball Championship Club Event will be the new championship format.
My League
In this mode, where players can play as much as they want, we will take our own dream team and join a league. We will be able to add players to our squad on loan from a team we choose when entering the league. It will also be possible to move to another league at the end of the season.
Co-op Room
In this mode, players will be able to compete either alone or in teams with other players. It will also be possible to communicate using emojis during matches. Those who play in Co-op mode between December 7-21 will also receive rewards such as a 4x Skill Training Program that they can use for their Dream Teams.
Daily mini games
Players will be able to obtain tools to improve their teams by playing mini games every day. They will also be able to acquire new players from time to time. Those who complete the mini games for a month will be able to participate in the raffles for epic players.
The eFootball Championship Open will remain the same, with players trying to come out on top in their own region first. The winners of the regions and continents will then compete against each other to determine who will represent the club they support in the World Finals. The first qualifiers will be held online.
