While street interviews continue to cause new discussions in our country, some news emerged in the past weeks that a press card will be required for street interviews. Today, detention warrants have been issued for four names known for their street interviews.
The houses of Hasan Köksoy from Self-Reporter, Mehmet Koyuncu, nicknamed ‘Plain Citizen’, Arif Kocabıyık and Turan Kural from Additional TV were raided in the morning today. According to the statement made on the Twitter account of Self-Reporter, his communication tools in his house were also seized.

According to the information shared by Self Correspondent, the police team raided the house at 7 am and confiscated the computer and all communication tools.
Three of the four people for whom detention warrants were issued were detained. Mehmet Koyuncu, known through Sade Citizen, was not detained because he was not in Istanbul.
According to the post shared by the detained Turan Kural, the operation was carried out by the Department of Combating Cyber Crimes. The reason for the detention has not been shared yet.
