The President of Tanzania has urged the country’s central bank to prepare for wider cryptocurrency adoption around the world.
According to the information received, Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan said in a statement yesterday that the Central Bank of Tanzania should be “ready for changes and not be caught unprepared for developments”:
“I know they didn’t accept or start using it across the country. But my call to the central bank is that you should start working on this development. ”
This important statement by Hassan came shortly after El Salvador legally accepted Bitcoin.
Attention will focus on other countries that have identified an opportunity in crypto to boost economic development and stabilize financial instability.
