Cathie Wood said she is still optimistic about Coinbase after Ripple Labs’ partial legal victory last week. Wood, CEO of Ark Invest, made statements on Bloomberg television. Evaluating the hot developments in his statements, Wood shared his views on the market. She said that the court decision between Ripple and the SEC, one of the newest developments in the crypto industry, is positive for Coinbase. The head of Ark additionally stated that they have a generally positive view of the stock market.
Wood also explained Ark Invest’s recent sale of Coinbase shares as a simple strategy to make a profit and reallocate capital. Coinbase shares were mostly flat on Monday, trading at $105.55, up 0.2 percent, according to TradingView. Coinbase shares are up 189.3 percent so far this year.
