Apple included the noise canceling feature on the phone in many of its devices until the iPhone 12. If you activate this feature from the Accessibility section, the background noise in your phone conversations would be reduced. In this way, your voice could be transmitted more clearly when you were talking to someone. However, Apple did not open this feature to its users with the new iPhone 13 series.
There is no clear information about why this situation occurs. However, there are many posts on this subject on Reddit, one of the social media platforms. A few days ago, a user said that the iPhone 13 series does not have a microphone for noise canceling. However, we can understand that this claim is not true, since the iPhone 13 series has more microphones than the iPhone 12.
Another user said that this is a problem caused by software, not hardware. The user said that his voice sometimes cuts out when using the iPhone 13 Pro Max through the speaker.
