Apparently, AI-generated wallpapers can be obtained by using the subject’s name and background details as input. The lock screen will also have the option to add portrait and weather effects.
One UI 6.1’s built-in photo editor will offer the ability to relocate objects with a simple drag-and-drop movement. You can select a subject or object from one image and place it in another image. It also allows you to expand existing images in your gallery. For example, you can edit images and the image editor can fill in details that do not exist. The photo editor also lets you redo and undo edits like drawings and stickers. All of these are actually very similar to Google’s artificial intelligence features that we saw with the Pixel 8.
Another application that will benefit from the One UI 6.1 update will be Samsung Notes. Notes will now have a summarization feature that can turn long texts into bullet points. It will also be able to automatically format your handwritten notes after converting them to text.
One UI 6.1 will also be able to translate voice calls live from one language to another for both people on the call. This feature was announced by Samsung a few weeks ago as a feature of Samsung Gauss artificial intelligence, the company’s first in-house major language model.
One UI 6.1 also brings the Voice Focus feature to Samsung phones. This feature is already available on some mid-range and entry-level smartphones, but it will come to high-end phones with the One UI 6.1 update. It will also bring a new Battery Saver feature that charges the phone’s battery to 80% and continues to charge it to 100% just before the user wakes up.
