If nothing unexpected happens, the Galaxy S21 FE will go official in early January and will be on the shelves shortly. There’s been a lot of rumors about the phone in the past few months and we’ve even seen what it looks like. Now, it seems like all the technical features have emerged. At least that’s what SamMobile claims.

Like the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+, it looks like the Galaxy S21 FE won’t bring too many upgrades over its predecessor. In fact, according to SamMobile, there are only two important changes on the hardware front.

The first of these is the processor inside the case: Galaxy S21 FE will be powered by Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 depending on your location. The second is screen protection. The Galaxy S21 FE will have Gorilla Glass Victus protecting its screen, which is a significant upgrade over the Gorilla Glass 3 used in the Galaxy S20 FE.

The rest of the specs will be roughly the same as the S20 FE. Center hole 6.4 inch 120Hz Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. This time, however, there will be no SD card slot. 4,500mAh battery with 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, IP68 waterproof, 32MP front camera and 12MP F1. 8 main, 12 MP F2. 2 ultra wide and 8 MP F2. Triple rear camera consisting of 4 3x telephoto lenses will be other features.

Of course, the Galaxy S21 FE will run newer software right out of the box. Two more versions of new software will be used, thanks to the Galaxy S21 FE being released later than Samsung originally planned. Since it will run on Android 12, it is expected to receive software updates up to Android 15. That could be a good reason to get the S21 FE instead of the Galaxy S21 or Galaxy S21+.

Unfortunately, there is no clear information about the price tag of the Galaxy S21 FE. However, rumors about the price of the Galaxy S22 show that the S21 may also come at a surprisingly low price.
